PROSPECTIVE TENANTS:  If you do not yet rent from us, please use the application link below to access our Rental Application and the Residential Criteria we use to qualify our tenants. Please read the criteria carefully.  Prospective tenants are screened for criminal history.  We decline for felony convictions within the past 7 yrs for most convictions.  However, child abuse, spousal abuse and multiple drug convictions are grounds for decline no matter how long ago. 

CURRENT TENANTS: If you are already one of our tenants, we want to remind you that Soler Realty will pay part of your closing cost on any home you purchase using us as your Realtor.  Is your builder or seller paying your closing cost?  Great!  We will purchase a gift card you can used to get all the little things you need when you buy your first home.  The credit you earn is based on how long you have rented from us. Call the office for more details.

Do you need a repair?  Please complete the Work Order that is a link on this page.  By completing it and providing all the information requested, we can take care of the needed repair quicker.

Email: Many times we find ourselves needing to send you a quick message.  That can be done so much easier if we have yoru correct email address.  If you have changed email address since you filled out your initial application, or you did not have one before but have one now, please send us an email letting us know so we can update our records.
